We are a small project with BIG ambitions, so donations of any size really help make a difference!
Since the Dementia Dog Project is a charitable collaboration and not itself a registered charity, the best way to raise money for Dementia Dog is via Alzheimer Scotland. They have the systems in place to ensure all donations to the project are collected and allocated to the Dementia Dog Project.
We have supporters who have cycled, sailed, raced, danced and dined all in aid of these wonderful dogs.
If you have a great idea or would like to make a donation please get in touch by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tell us :
- who you are, what you plan to do and when you plan to do it
- how much you hope to raise and how
- what support material we can provide to help you tell the story
And lastly - a big thank you for choosing to support us and helping make a pawsome difference!
If you’d like to make a donation, you’ve come to the right place! Since the Dementia Dog Project is a charitable collaboration and not itself a registered charity, the easiest way to donate is via Alzheimer Scotland, who have the systems in place to ensure your donation will be specifically ring fenced to Dementia Dog Project.
If you would like to send us a cheque, please make it payable to ALZHEIMER SCOTLAND and send to: Fiona Corner, Dementia Dog Project, c/o Alzheimer Scotland, 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, EH11 1DQ, also with an accompanying note to specify the donation is for Dementia Dogs and with your contact details. One of the team will then be in touch to acknowledge it’s safe receipt.

As a charitable collaboration, volunteers are a part of our lifeline to help us provide this much needed support for people living with dementia. We have been very lucky to receive the help of wonderful people who have given their time, energy and support towards the project over the years in all kinds of ways.
